A joint camp by Tusi Science Academy and Evrika International Science and Technology Lyceum — three days under the stars for young explorers aged 9–12.
Tusi Science Academy and Evrika International Science and Technology Lyceum are organising a joint Astrophysics Camp for young explorers aged 9–12. Over three days, participants observe the night sky through professional telescopes, discover planets and stars, and deepen their knowledge of space through interactive lessons.
The camp is about more than science — it also builds independence, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Experienced mentors give every participant individual attention.
Under Shamakhi's clear skies, see the Moon, planets and bright star clusters with your own eyes through professional telescopes.
We explore the secrets of space through experiments, models and games instead of dull lectures. Part of the lessons are in English — building language skills alongside science.
Trips to scientific and historical places around Shamakhi — seeing what we learn in class come to life.
Tasks and games in small teams: thinking together, taking the lead and making new friends.
The camp takes place at Green Village Hotel in the Shamakhi district — participants stay at the hotel for 2 nights. Shamakhi is one of the best regions in Azerbaijan for astronomical observation: the renowned Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory is located here.
